Thumping Rabbit
2 oz. brandy
2 oz. hard apple cider
Cloves
Cinnamon 
Lemon
Heat cider and brandy over low heat on the stove.  Once warm, add cloves and cinnamon and allow the flavors to stew for several minutes.  Pour into mug, and add several twists of lemon.
This drink is earthy and is highlighted by cinnamon and, of course, clover.  It is a basic drink, with subtle, warming spices and smooth liquor, perfect for a winter day.  It’ll be sure to have your feet thumping with pleasure!

The Flaming Dragon
2 oz. Absolute Peppar vodka
2 oz. Jagermeister
Sliced jalapeno pepper
Seltzer
Tabasco
Soy sauce
Pour vodka and Jagermeister into a highball glass with ice.  Fill remainder of glass with seltzer water.  Add 8 dashes of Tabasco, 1 tbs. soy sauce, and several slices of jalapeno peppers.  
This drink is quite easy to make but not so easy to drink.  It truly is harsh and heavy-handed, and packs enough spice to make sure you are breathing fire.  Do you dare to walk through the flames?

Dark roast coffee
Chocolate syrup
Brew a pot of coffee, let it cool, mix with chocolate syrup, pour the coffee into an ice cube tray, and let it freeze.  Place brown ice cubes in highball glass.  Pour vodka and liqueur over ice and fill the rest of the glass with milk.
This drink is delicious and fun.  It combines the tastes of coffee, chocolate, and vanilla seamlessly, and it is a beautiful white color peppered with dark brown spots.
