The Ticking Clock

2 oz. Cognac

1 oz. Pinnacle chocolate whipped cream flavored vodka

1 oz. creme de menth

Coffee

Fresh mint 

Shake ingredients over ice and pour into a martini glass.  Garnish with fresh mint.

This drink could not be more simple or more delicious.  It is a fantastic combination of chocolate, mint, and coffee - wonderful and simple and conservative, but undeniably yummy and interesting.
